Divisions - Setup
With this feature you can filter leaderboard to see only specific players on it.
You can create Divisions based of Gender, Age and Hcp or any combination of these.
ie. Leaderboard can be filtered to show a Division of Men +50years old who have hcp under 12,5.
First you need to setup the Division, only after this is done you can use it in Tournaments.
1. Choose Divisions from the left navigation bar and then select “Create New Division”
2. Choose either "Automatic" or "Manual" division.
- Automatic: Players are automatically set in to these divisions based on criterias you set, for example by HCP index, age or gender.
- Manual: Each player has to be manually added to these divisions. You can also allow players to choose between different manual divisions when they sign up. For example Club members, Guests etc.
3. Type in the name for Division and set parameters for which players belong to this Division.
*Leaving criteria values empty means that ALL players are included – ie. If min and max values for Age are not set, then players with all ages are included to this Division.
*Age and Hcp can be without min or max value. ie. Leaving Hcp min value empty and setting Hcp max value for 18 means that everybody with Hcp under 18,0 are included for the Division.
Note: If you create several categories for one Tournament – be careful to set the in such way that players go to just one Division. If a player is accepted to two or more Divisions – then he/she will be visible in all of them.
Note: Divisions are only filtering the Leaderboard, they can’t be used ie. in Sign Up or when creating Start List.
