In the Tournament Site's Summary section, the organizer can add a tournament summary and send it to all participants. This provides an additional opportunity to thank all the participants, showcase the winner(s), and promote sponsors.
Tournament Site – Summary
Summary -page can be created here and it will become visible for the Tournament Site after all the scores have been inserted and “Publish Results” -button is pressed on the Results and Options -page.
- Previewing the Summary Page: Click on the Preview button (marked as 1) to see how the summary page will appear to viewers.
- Summary Text: Write a summary text of the tournament
- A Word document or PDF can be uploaded in the section marked as 3. The uploaded document will be accessible via a link under the Summary text area.
- Customizing the Main Image: The main image for the Summary Page, which can be different from the Tournament Site’s main image, can be uploaded in the area labeled 3. You might choose a picture of the tournament winners for this section.
- Managing the Picture Gallery: To add images to the picture gallery, use the Upload Pictures feature indicated by 5. Players can also upload pictures directly from the Golf GameBook App Game Feed, adding to the gallery. Once uploaded, pictures will appear as thumbnails within the section marked as 5 and can be individually removed if necessary.
The Results List and Sponsor logos are displayed on the Summary page in the same way as on the Tournament Site. Results can be edited in the 'Score Edit' section, and Sponsor logos can be modified in the 'Branding' section.
