Tournament Setup
When starting to create new Tournament, select Multi-Round Tournament Type.
Selected type cannot be changed afterwards, so please make sure to select the corrrect one.
2 - 9 rounds can be added to one Multi-Round Tournament.
Total score is always accumulated from all rounds included.
After this selection
Type Tournament Name
Connect this Tournament to Tour if needed
Select divisions if they are used
Choose if Tournament is Private in Golf GameBook Application. If Private Tournament is ON, then players friends don't get notifications from this Tournament.
Round Setup
First, all settings must be done for 1st Round. When this is done press Save (4) and Add Round + (5) to make settings for 2nd Round.
First Round settings
1. Date and Time
Note: these can be changed for each round.
2. Select Course, Default Tees and Number of Holes played (1-9, 10-18 or 18).
Note: Amount of Holes played must be same for all rounds. Course and Default tees can be changed.
3. Choose Primary and if needed Side Game Formats and set if/how handicaps are allowed.
Note: Both Game Formats must be same for all rounds. Handicap settings can be changed between rounds.
4. Save settings for 1st Round.
5. Add round is now active and click the button.
Settings for following Rounds
Set Date and TIme for following Rounds.
Course, Default tees and Handicap settings can be adjusted for if needed.
Press SAVE to activate the Add round -button and add new Round.
Change Round Settings
On the Round Setup tab you can click and select any of the created rounds.
Changes can be made only for the selected round.
Remember to press SAVE after changes are done.
Selected Round is visible also on top of the Date and Time -setting.
When all rounds are set up, click Tournament Site to proceed.
Tournament Site
You choose to activate a custom website for your Tournament. Once activated, you can create a schedule of events for each day and write information & details regarding the tournament for each round separately.
If the tournament information is the same for all rounds, we recommend to copy the same text for each of the rounds. You can always preview the Tournament Site by clicking the “View Tournament Site” -button on the top right corner.

Groups and Start List
- Create Groups and Start List normally for the first round.
Select next round, for example Round 2.
For additional rounds you can use settings from the previous round as a template (Note: Previous round Start List must be Published before these options are available). - Select Start List Settings (Type, Basic Groups Size, Tee Time Interval) and then click “Create Start List (Round 2).” An empty start list, according to your settings appears and players can be dragged to the groups.
- After selecting the Start List Settings and then clicking on “Create and Autofill Start List (Round 2)", a Start List with your chosen settings is created and players are automatically inserted to the groups.
- “Copy Start List and Settings from Round 1” uses the same Start List Settings from Round 1 and inserts the players in same order to the groups.
- “Copy and Reverse Start List and Settings from Round 1” uses the same Start List Settings from the previous round and inserts the players in reversed order to the groups (i.e. player who was first on the Start List for Rd1 will be the last for Rd2, and so on).
Results & Options
1. After a round is completed and all scores are in, click End Round for that round.
Scoring for this specific round is now closed and players can't edit their scores anymore.
2. If needed player scores can be edited from the pencil icon after the scores.
3. When everything is done and all rounds are ended, press Publish Results to activate Results tab in Tournament Site and possible ranking point sending.
